STRONG QUALITY COMMITMENT
Our borosilicate glass complies with the requirements for type I glass as get forth in applicable sections of all the U.S., European pharmacopeia & Japan pharmacopeia and will also fulfill the requirements for arsenic extraction. The requirements in the Japanese pharmacopeia for glass containers for injections, as well as the ASTM 438-90 specification for laboratory glass are met.

STATE-OF-THE-ART MANUFACTURING PROCESSES
Manual inspection comes as a back-up, in order to ensure that all quality parameters are met, both dimensional and cosmetic.
Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodology provides control of our process at the point of manufacturing. The SPC systems allow shop floor employees to make real-time, data driven decisions to the process, thereby reducing variability and scrap.
Our sites workwith shared systems to ensure consistency in product, processes, and technology.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
The in-line camera inspection system not only allows us to deliver a superior product to our customers, but also provides means to capture and quantify our internal capabilities, so that we can continuously improve our processes.
At our factory, continuous improvement is a priority within each of our departments. It enables us to continuously address the market’s needs and generates sustainable value for our customers.

TRACEABILITY
In general each box of our Ampoules and Vials (where applicable) and each pallet have a single discrete label. Faulty or illegible text on the lables is not permissible. Lot numbers/control numbers are assigned to each manufacturing lot and/or pallet, providing traceability to the date and period time of manufacturing.
Labels will identify the product with the following minimal information:

• Lot numbers/control number
• Date of production
• Date of Packing
• Production Details
• Outer diameter, wall thickness and length etc.

Additional information may be provided at customer request.

DELIVERY CONDITION & TIME
Each delivery is accompanied by a corresponding certificate of conformity or a release of the batch with reservations.
The quantity delivered may vary by more or less 5 to 10 % compared to the quantity ordered.
The identity and traceability of a “batch” are stored at  Kejariwal Industries for three years.
